SHIPPING
What are the estimated delivery times?
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from the date of their placement. Please note that Palorosa will not deliver during weekends and Italian bank holidays. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to EUROPE, UK, USA and CANADA For other destinations please email us at eshop@palorosaproject.com.
How much does shipping cost?
To check the shipping cost of specific destinations, see the list below. Orders to Extra UE countries can be subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Multiple Purchases
Due to volume and weight of parcels, multiple orders involve an increase in shipping costs. The system will automatically recalculate shipping costs based on the number of purchased products.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email confirming the shipping with the tracking number, through which you will be able to monitor your parcel and know the estimated delivery date.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
At the time of delivery, a signature will be required. If no one is available at the listed address, the courier will leave a note with directions to schedule a new delivery date. There will be at most 2 delivery attempts, after which the package will be held at the courier’s warehouse.
Can I place a gift order?
Of course, you can place an order and send it as a gift, including a personalized message. You can select the option at the check-out. The cost is 5.00 Euros. The gift wrapping consists of a cotton bag made in Guatemala and a personalized handwritten card.
RETURNS
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of return within 14 working days of the delivery (working days are calculated on the basis of documented proof of delivery).
The request must be made through our Customer Care.
You will receive a confirmation email that authorizes the return.
The products must be returned intact (not used or damaged), in the original box including the paper hang tag.
How can I return an item?
Contact our Customer care, indicating the order’s number in the subject of the email.
The Customer Care will authorize your return request, will initiate an email procedure through which you will receive the authorization to the return.
The logistics and shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for returning the goods will be at your expense.
